Tatiana is a commercial litigator with over twenty years’ experience, specialising in both cross-border litigation and arbitrations involving parties from or with interests in the UK, Europe, CIS, UAE and the BVI.

She has market-leading experience in complex cross-border disputes involving shareholders, commercial and financial contracts, and fraud related to digital finance, cryptocurrency and digital assets, technology, financial instruments and construction. Her expertise also includes asset tracing, cross-border enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards, as well as advising on issues related to UK, EU and US financial sanctions regulations. Tatiana has led a number of high-profile cases for both corporates and high-net-worth individuals facing personal and professional challenges.

Tatiana also sits as an arbitrator in commercial cases and is an accredited mediator, adding to her experience in navigating different routes to dispute resolution. She works closely with clients to understand all available options and provide strategic solutions aimed at achieving effective resolutions.

She is dual-qualified as a solicitor-advocate in England & Wales and Russia. Tatiana qualified as a Russian Advocate and was called to the Moscow City Bar in 2002. While this has been a natural geographical focus for many years, she has also worked extensively with clients based in the UK, US, Spain, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Switzerland, UAE, BVI and Cyprus, advising on a wide range of cross-border disputes involving these regions.

Tatiana is also a regular speaker at dispute resolution conferences and events and publishes articles on issues involving digital assets, jurisdiction, enforcement and arbitration.
