Stelios serves as a Senior Partner & Managing Director of Gregoriou Law Firm, a traditional Greek Law Firm, established in Athens since 1986 and he is a proud member of the Athens Bar Association.

He is also an off - counsel of Vaishvik, an international Law Firm, established in Abu – Dhabi.

Stelios has an extensive experience as a Counsel in many cross – border and domestic Arbitration Cases; he has successfully handled various complex corporate and commercial disputes relating to energy, construction, competition, and intellectual property.

Stelios is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and has completed the ICC Institute Master Class of Arbitrators. Additionally, Stelios is empaneled with esteemed Arbitral Institutions, such as VIAC (Vienna International Arbitration Centre), EODID (Hellenic Organization of Arbitration and Mediation); Stelios is a WIPO Neutral (World Intellectual Property Organization). He is also a Member of EFILA (European Federation of Investment Law Arbitration), ICC Hellas, and DELOS Dispute Resolution.

Last year (2023) he was a speaker at the South Eastern Europe Arbitration (SEEA) Conference in Vienna on the significance of the modernization of Arbitration Laws, having as an example the new Greek Law. Stelios has authored the Greek Chapter for the ICLG Guide many times the last decade.

As an Accredited Mediator of the Greek Ministry of Justice, Stelios has mediated in numerous mandatory civil Mediations with a successful record of positive settlements of disputes.

Beyond his ADR experience, Stelios is a very well – known litigator before the Greek Courts with a remarkable record of hearings before the Supreme Court of Greek Courts (Areios Pagos holding on civil and penal legal issues) and penal legal issues) and the Council of State (Supreme Administrative Court of Greece).

Stelios after his Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, he graduated from the London School of Economics (LSE), holding a Master of Laws (LLM). He holds a Diploma in international Commercial Arbitration and a Bachelor of Economics (BSc).

On top of that, Stelios has a distinguished history of involvement in Government positions, acting as a Legal Consultant to various Greek Ministries on European affairs.
