Resolve Academy is organising this side event on the eve of Cyprus Arbitration Day 2026 (13 May 2026, 16:30–17:30), at Mediterranean Beach Hotel,  Limassol.  The event is sponsored by Resolve Academy,  MA’AT Partners Law and Arbitration, and the International Commercial Arbitration Institute.  The discussion will focus on the practical challenges courts face in enforcing arbitral awards, examining judicial standards, limits of intervention, and the scope of judicial discretion in arbitration-related proceedings.
