Dr. Petra Rihar is an arbitration practitioner based in Zurich.

With over two decades of experience as an arbitrator and counsel, she has handled arbitrations under many of the major arbitral rules, across a wide range of industries, including post-M&A and shareholder disputes, joint venture and consortium disputes, construction and engineering (including FIDIC-related contracts), technology and know-how transfer disputes.

She also has experience in disputes relating to foreign investment in state-owned infrastructure.
