Myrto Pantelaki is Legal Counsel at the General Directorate for Defense Investments and Armaments of the Hellenic Ministry of Defense, where she advises on EU law, public procurement and international disputes, as well as on Business-to-Government and Government-to-Government contracts. She currently represents Greece as a Delegate to the European Commission’s Expert Group on Defense and Security Procurement.

During her tenure at the Ministry, she was seconded as Legal Counsel to the European External Action Service (EEAS), providing legal and strategic advice on EU policy and external relations within Middle East and African countries.

She holds an LL.B. from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, an LL.M. in Public International Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS) from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) and the University of Geneva. Since 2023, she holds the position of Co-Chair of Greece Very Young Arbitration Practitioners (GreeceVYAP).
