Kyriakos Karatsis is a Partner and the Head of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department of N. Pirilides & Associates LLC.

Kyriakos is a dynamic, class act advocate, regularly appearing before the District and Supreme Courts of Cyprus. He has notable expertise in Corporate and Commercial Litigation matters as well as Arbitration proceedings. He has gained particular exposure in interlocutory applications for injunctions in the context of shareholders’ disputes, civil fraud claims, contractual disputes and breaches of fiduciary duties as well as insolvency proceedings.

Kyriakos obtained his LL.B in 2008 and his LL.M in International Commercial Law in 2009 form UK universities. He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2010, when he joined the Firm, and he is a member of two committees of the Cyprus Bar Association, namely the ‘Committee on Civil Procedure Rules and Reform’ and the ‘Family Law Committee’. Kyriakos also served as a part-time lecturer in law at a university in Cyprus.
