Dr Alexander Petsche
Dr Alexander Petsche is Managing Partner of Baker McKenzie in Vienna. He focuses on international dispute resolution as well as on compliance, internal investigations and white-collar crime defence. He has edited more than 20 books; among others, he is co-editor of the Austrian Yearbook on International Arbitration (Kluwer) and Arbitration Law in Austria (Juris Publishing). He teaches Compliance at the Executive Academy of the Vienna Business University and the Central European University.
